With its straightforward design, the Fluminis is well-suited for handling aggressive products like bleach. The cylinder volumes are adjustable, ranging from 1500ml to 5000 ml. The pneumatically driven beam, equipped with filling nozzles, follows the product level during filling, ensuring precise and consistent results.

The tigris F is equipped with magnetic or mass flow meters and can accommodate up to six filling heads.

Tigris Piston
The piston filler can be equipped with 5 liter or 1,5 liter pistons. The speed of servo driven piston beam can be adjusted to control the pressure of the product flow and consequently avoid foaming of the liquids in the bottle. An ingenious CIP system allows the rinsing of the cylinders without dismantling.
