The TIGRIS bottle capper from Sneyders is a sound solution for companies using different cap and bottle formats on their bottling lines. This machine can be changed over very easily and quickly with a minimum of change over parts. It reaches speeds of 1.300 bph and can handle, thanks to its servo driven capping head, oriented caps. The majority of the electronic components are sourced from Siemens.
This bottle capper comes in a standard execution with either a low or a high level bottle conveyor. The machine is equipped with an integrated cap elevator and hopper.
